Equipment such as small balls, loops and resistance bands are incorporated from time to time. Not to worry if you don’t have any equipment, as modifications are always provided.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, or a regular Pilates enthusiast, Bonita breaks down the exercises into their simplest form and builds them up into series that flow. This ensures that everyone can perform their Pilates workout at a level they’re comfortable with, and that they are able to understand whether they are performing exercises with correct technique.
